GlassesAdvisor.com guarantees 100% satisfaction, or your money back (excluding the delivery charge)! No questions asked! The glasses and original invoice must be sent back to us in good condition within 14 days of the original dispatch date. All frames and lenses also come with a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty which does not cover scratches or damage caused by misuse.
